Your Extended Network:• Talk to everyone—your professors, mentors, friends, and family. Let them know what you're building and the kind of person you're looking for. A warm introduction from a trusted source is the best way to meet a potential partner.

The Litmus Test: The 3 C's of a Great Co-Founder

Skills are important, but they aren’t everything. When evaluating a potential partner, look beyond their resume and prioritize these three fundamental qualities:
